| REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT |
| To register for any of the programs in this catalogue, a completed registration form and a deposit of 300 Euros must be received by our office in advance. The registration form can be downloaded from our website. The form may be sent by internet, post, fax, or delivered to our office personally along with the deposit. The deposit can be paid in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer. The remaining amount has to be paid in full upon the student’s arrival before classes begin. |

| PRICE CHANGES |
| The prices were calculated based on exchange rates of
January, 2006. WHERE & WHAT reserves the right to make
price changes. Prices may vary due to fluctuations in
foreign currency.

| CHANGES IN THE PROGRAM |
WHERE & WHAT reserves the right to cancel or alter the
program, to replace the method of transportation or to
modify the prices and the course dates for any of the
following reasons:
A. Natural Disasters (acts of God)
B. Problems or changes made by schools or organizations abroad which are contacted by WHERE & WHAT.
C. A misprint in the catalogue, brochures or on the
website.
If the are changes in the courses or a cancellation due to reasons beyond our control such as a Natural Disaster,
an accident or insufficient applications, the applicants have the right to register for another equivalent course or the total fee paid by applicant will be refunded. |

| POSSIBLE CLAIMS |
Once completing matriculation, the student accepts the conditions of WHERE & WHAT and of the educational institution where he or she has registered. If the student has major problems or objections with the
services provided by the educational institution the student has to make an official complaint to the institution where he or she is registered first.
To make an official complaint, the student has to produce official documentation provided by the teaching institution which he or she attended and present it to WHERE & WHAT, before the end of the course and hereby providing an opportunity to resolve the problem at that time.
Any further contingent claims about our courses and programs have to be expressed by certified letters sent
directly to our offices in Barcelona within the month of the students return.
The client waivers any claims against WHERE & WHAT or our personnel as the cause of accidents, disease
or for any other reason beyond our control. WHERE & WHAT is not responsible for delays, alterations in
routes ,accidents, loss of luggage, wars and terrorist acts which may occur during the students journey.
In the situation of a formal litigation clients must accept and adhere to the appropriate jurisdiction of the courts, forsaking any other method of resolution such as arbitration or the use of other governmental institutions.

| INSURANCE |
| All participants are obliged to purchase a full coverage health insurance plan that covers all costs and expenses in case of illness, disease or accidents.
Where & What takes no legal responsibility if the student fails to oblige and purchase medical insurance.
If the insurance fails to cover all costs incurred while a student seeks medical treatment or hospitalization then the student or legal guardian is legally responsible for all remaining expenses.
Likewise in the case of an emergency (disease or accident) the student or legal guardian authorizes any member responsible for the educational institution, personnel and collaborators of WHERE & WHAT as well as
the members of the host family where the student lodges to give legal consent should the student need immediate
urgent medical attention in a qualified medical center.

| IN CASE OF CANCELLATION |
| The fees and deposits paid to WHERE & WHAT are not
refundable in the case of cancellation by the student.
Likewise other resulting expenses due to students
cancellation have to be paid, and the amount to be paid
is determined by the individual educational institution.

| THE TRIP |
| WHERE & WHAT acts only as mediator between the students
and the transport companies. WHERE & WHAT is not
responsible for events occurring during the journey such
as: delays, accidents or loss of luggage. The travel
arrangements of students trips are made by the travel
agency GC 328 Group A . WHERE & WHAT acts only as
intermediary between the consumer and the Travel Agency.

| ADVERTISING |
| The participant grants WHERE & WHAT legal permission to
use all the photographic materials in which his or her
image appears, for promotion or advertising of the
programs.

|
| PERSONAL INFORMATION |
| In accordance to The Spanish Organic Law 15/1999,
As of December 13, of Protection of personal information
, Where & What informs that client’s
personal information contained in these general
conditions, will be incorporated into a file for the
commercial and operative purposes of Where & What.
The acceptance of these general conditions implies the client’s consent to the described usage of his or her personal information.
Likewise, we inform the client about the possibility of
exercising the rights of access, rectification and
cancellation, in accordance to the legislation in place.

| OTHERS |
| The Au Pair, Work Experience and Internships Programs are offered exclusively as Training Programs with the sole objective of learning of the language while
simultaneously obtaining job skills and work experience.
|
|
| PRICE VALIDITY |
| These prices are only valid from January 1 to December
31, 2006.
|
|
|
